Late Arrivals:

I understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable especially with LA traffic! However, depending on circumstances, I may be forced to shorten or reschedule your service. As a courtesy to my other clients, those who arrive up to 15 minutes late, your facial will be shortened and end at the scheduled time. You will still be charged in full for your scheduled treatment. Arrival of fifteen minutes or more after your scheduled treatment start time will be considered as a cancellation, a 50% fee of your scheduled service will apply and I will need to reschedule you.

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy:

I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. In the event that you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment please give at least a 72 hour notice. All cancellations must be done through the booking site. Individuals who do not reschedule or cancel within a 72 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of their full facial service. 

No Shows: 

Your appointment is reserved especially for you. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients miss the opportunity to receive services. All “no shows” will be charged 100% of the facial service. 

Deposit: 

A 50% deposit is required in order to secure your facial appointment. Your deposit will be applied towards your facial treatment at the time of your appointment. This deposit is NON REFUNDABLE. If you need to reschedule before 48 hours of your appointment, you will be able to apply your deposit to your newly scheduled appointment. If you cancel less than 48 hours or did not show up for your appointment, you will need to make a new deposit to reschedule.

Payment: 

Payment: Exact Cash, Zelle, or ApplePay is accepted. Credit cards are now excepted however, there will be a $5 convenient service charge. Personal checks will not be accepted.
